Nancy is certified by the GMU Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-being program and brings more than 40 years experience as a leader in government, the nonprofit, and corporate sectors.  She partners with clients to address challenges such as work/life balance, burnout and stress, how to move ahead or change careers, how to maximize strengths and find purpose.

Nancy believes coaching can significantly help clients reach their goals and realize their full potential.  Nancy’s clients report that she is very empathetic and supportive, asking insightful but sometimes tough questions, helping them learn more about themselves and their situation, ultimately resulting in client growth.
